Open Doors Network Support Facilitator
We have an opportunity for an Open Door Network Support Facilitator. This is a fixed term role for 6 – 9 months and 15hrs per week on a flexible basis.
The Open Doors Support network aims to 'Open Doors' for people with Dementia and carers to support the delivery, development and innovation of Demntia Services within Salford and beyond.
As the Open Doors Support Network Facilitator you will have:
- Personal experience or an in depth knowledge and understanding of living with dementia (those people with an early diagnosis of dementia are particularly welcome to apply).
- Experience of working in an administration role
- Ability to work flexibly
- Able to communicate with a wide range of people
