Car parking
Visitor parking charges for parking at the GMMH Prestwich Site are as follows:
| Up to 30 minutes | FREE |
| 30 Minutes to three hours | £1.50 |
| Over 3 hours but under 8 hours | £2.00 |
| Excess of 8 hours | £5.00 |
Regular visitors may apply for a parking permit for a monthly fee that allows an unlimited amount of visits. If you are interested in this service, please visit the Curve and speak to the receptionist.
How to pay
All site visitors will be able to pay for their parking using any of the 3 following options:
- Payment Terminal outside The Curve which will accept cash and card payments. Drivers will need to enter their vehicle registration number into the terminal for it to calculate the length of stay and correct tariff. Please note that notes and coins are accepted, as well as cards, android and apple pay. However, if needed the closest cash machine is located at Tesco Superstore.
- Exit Barriers which will accept card payments via chip and pin and contactless payments. Simply approach the barrier and the camera will read your registration number and calculate the correct tariff for you.
- Online payments via a new ‘Scan & Pay’ app. Using the below QR code, drivers can register their details and pay for their parking through the App.
Blue badge holders
Parking fees apply to visitors except Blue Badge Holders, who do not have to pay for parking.
- If you are a Blue Badge holder:
- Please display your badge clearly
Scan your Blue Badge at the exit barrier when leaving and the barriers will raise for you.
Regular visitor parking permit
Regular visitors may apply for a parking permit for a monthly fee that allows an unlimited amount of visits.
