Actions:

1. A number of people living alone said that they would like more contact and Recovery Co-ordinators in our services have made more calls to check-in on people who are living alone to discuss what support is available to them and to help them reach out to other services as necessary
2 Some of you told us that you have found that the changes we have made to collection and supervision of opiate substitute medication during the pandemic, have been a positive thing for you. As a result we have begun reviewing our prescribing practice.
