Section 12 Induction
Are you new to Section 12(2) training?
We are offering a two-day face-to-face Section 12 induction course in 2026.
Date(s): Tuesday 8 and Wednesday 9 December 2026
Venue: Waterdale Education Centre, Prestwich Hospital, Bury New Road, Prestwich, M25 3BL
Cost: £375
It is essential that all applicants seeking initial approval as a Section 12(2) doctor attend an appropriate training course prior to being approved
For Section 12(2) purposes applicants must have attended a two-day Induction course within the twelve-month period immediately preceding the date of the application.
Please note that attendance at an appropriate training course does not confer approval status.
