Open Doors Support Groups
Open doors support group works in collaboration with the Memory Assessment Team and offers additional support and information sharing, following people who had attended the Memory Assessment Team Post Diagnostic Support Group.
The Open Doors Support Group offers a lively morning of group discussion, memory activities and information sharing from partnership agencies working in both dementia and later life services.
The groups meets on First and Third Thursday of the month from 10.30am to 12.30pm.
As a service user, relative or carer using our services, sometimes you may need to turn to someone for help, advice, and support.
