Older Adult Community Mental Health Teams in Wigan

We are here to help and support older people with mental health problems such as severe anxiety and depression, schizophrenia and bipolar disorder in Wigan. We can also support carers of older people with mental health problems.

Once you have been assessed by your care coordinator, they will then work with you to devise a care plan to meet your needs that were identified during your assessment.

Within your care plan, which you will be asked to sign to show you agree with the contents, will be guidance around what you should do if you are ever experiencing a mental health crisis.
