Five Ways to Wellbeing

The Five Ways to Wellbeing are a set of evidence-based public health messages aimed at improving mental and physical health and wellbeing. They were developed by the New Economics Foundation and are an integral factor in the way that services are commissioned and delivered. This course will explore each of the 5 ways and look at how practitioners can integrate them into their own practice and encourage clients to utilise them effectively.

Who is this course for?

The course is designed for any staff member (including volunteers) working in a health and social care setting who may be working with clients using therapeutic or psychosocial approaches (whether directly or indirectly). Beginner therapists, counsellors, key workers, case managers, medical doctors, substance misuse workers and mental health staff
