Student Mental Health: What to do if it's all getting too much

Being a student can already be quite a stressful time as you navigate your way through higher education – and now COVID-19 isn’t making it any easier.

We want to assure you that you aren't alone as a student. There is support available and we are here for you.

Dr Prathiba Chitsabesan, the Associate National Clinical Director for Children and Young People’s Mental Health for NHS England, has shared a guide for students and what they can do if it's getting a little too much.
