Staff Value Awards 2016 - Nominations Now Open!

staff value awards 2016

Nominations are now closed.

Following the CQC inspection this year, Greater Manchester West Mental Health NHS Foundation Trust was rated ‘GOOD’ for the services we provide! We recognise the hard work of our dedicated staff throughout the trust and the Annual Staff Value Awards gives us a chance to praise those staff who go above and beyond their job roles.

The ceremony is an opportunity to recognise those who really make a difference to service users. The annual event, which will take place on Monday 10th October (World Mental Health Day) celebrates those staff members who have embraced GMW’s values and turned those values into actions.

About the awards

There will be a total of 15 awards received by staff and volunteers. Each of the five categories will see a winner and two highly commended awards presented to staff or volunteers for the work they have done.

There are five award categories, each representing one of the Trust’s values:

• The Welcoming and Friendly Representation Award

• The Caring and Kind Patient Experience Award

• The Value and Respect Service User Award

• The Working Together Best Team Award

• The Extra Mile Innovation & Improvement Award
