Mental Health Taskforce Survey

NHS England has announced a new Mental Health Taskforce which will develop a five year national strategy for mental health, covering all ages. The strategy will be published in the summer, and will be aligned with NHS England's Five Year Forward View for the whole NHS. It is crucial that the strategy is informed by a wide range of lived experience and professional expertise, and we'd like your help.

Rethink Mental Illness and Mind are members of the Taskforce, and they want to ensure that they contribute what is important to service users. Any answers that are given will be shared anonymously with the Mental Health Taskforce.

The survey will take approximately 20 minutes to complete but the answers will be saved so you can go back to it at any time. You can write as little or as much as you would like in response to this survey.

The survey will close at 12am on 15th May 2015.
