Introducing our new Trust Strategy developed in partnership with you

We’ve launched our new Trust Strategy this week and it’s fitting that the launch marks the start of Co-Production Week.

Our strategy has been developed in partnership with you, the people who use our services, as well as carers, people with lived experience, working in collaboration with our partner organisations across all sectors and commissioners to ensure we are aligned to the needs of others, and they are supportive of our vision.

This is really important as we look to developing better ways of doing things to help us innovate and transform the experience of care for the people who use our services.

We are clear about Our purpose: Working in partnership to improve the quality of life for all we serve

We set out Our visionGreat places for care and great places to work and Strategic Priorities for the coming three years:

  • Delivering Care that Matters: ensuring people receive the right support at the right time and in the right place, embracing a ‘community-first’ approach
  • Working Together: collaborating with service users, carers, and partner organisations is essential to our success.
  • Being Fit for the Future: making the best use of all our resources to support safe, effective and sustainable care.

You can see the Strategy Document here.

We extend our heartfelt thanks to everyone who contributed to the development of this strategy and will help us bring this to life.
