Changes to appointments on Monday 19 September

As Monday 19 September will be a national bank holiday due to the funeral of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II, some changes may be made to appointments.

If this affects your appointment, we’ll contact you as soon as possible to rearrange.

The NHS remains open for you this bank holiday weekend. If have an urgent care need, please don’t wait. If you are in a mental health crisis and need urgent support and help, please reach out by calling our 24/7 helpline on 0800 953 0285.

For all other urgent health needs over the bank holiday, contact NHS111 online www.111.nhs.uk or by phoning 111.

The Trust's pharmacies will be closed on Monday 19 September with On-Call arrangements in place. Normal service resumes on Tuesday 20 September. Some local Pharmacies may also have different opening hours during a bank holiday search “find a pharmacy NHS” to find an open pharmacy near you.

By re-stocking medicine cabinets, knowing when your GP practice is open and planning ahead for repeat prescriptions, you can ensure you have everything you need ahead of the bank holiday weekend.

You can order your medication using the NHS App, or through their GP practice, which may also have an online service.
