Recovery Pathways Arts for Good Health Courses 2018
Did you know that making art is good for your mental health?
Are you or do you have clients who are interested to learn how to use art to boost health and wellbeing?
‘Arts for Good Health’ courses are run by the Recovery Pathways Creative Wellbeing Arts service.
Sessions use well designed art exercises and techniques to help participants improve their mental wellbeing.
No art experience is necessary, but an openness to try new things and meet new people is essential.
Courses run for six or eight weeks, at differing venues across the city, with group sizes ranging from six to 12 participants depending on venue.
