Bramley Street
About our service
The Bramley Street service is a 12 bed rehabilitation service for adults that are 18 years and over. We provide education to all about diagnosis, treatment and the service user recovery journey. All service users are treated as individuals and we provide a home like environment, which is staffed 24 hours a day.
We offer a safe environment in a community location, which supports our service users' and their familes to work towards reaching identfied goals and aspirations. We also encourage service users to get involved in a range of activities and expand their interests.
Carers and relatives are given the opportunity to communicate ideas and thoughts to aid our service users' recovery.
