Describe in detail the BAF, risk management and quality assurance processes ensuring that this articulates the way in which divisional risk registers and therefore operational risks interface with the overall assurance framework.
Describe the 'ward to Board' process.
Pay particular attention to describing how information flows up to and down from the Board.
Describe how risks associated with strategic objectives are articulated in performance reports to demonstrate that the Board is fully engaged in the process.
Describe how the Board monitors risk mitigations.
Describe and give examples of quality impact assessments and how the Board continuously measure these.
Describe the engagement of the Board with the front line initiatives/service changes/transformation which cause concerns.
