Trust Induction

A very warm welcome to Greater Manchester Mental Health. We are really delighted you chose to join us! 

As part of your introduction to the organisation, you will find a number of presentations which have been recorded by subject experts from across the Trust. Each presentation has been designed to introduce some key information that is important for all our staff to know. They will give you more insight to what we stand for as an organisation and how we value you and role in both delivering great care and also forming long-lasting and positive working relationships with your colleagues. 

These presentations can be accessed from the documents section below. You can navigate these presentations at your own pace throughout the day. 

Please make sure that your volume is on as the speakers have recorded a commentary to compliment each slide.

You should also have been sent a meeting link with your joining instructions for your Welcome Day where you will also be able to take part in some live sessions, 1 in the morning and 1 in the afternoon. Please make sure you access the meetings in good time as the speakers are looking forward to meeting you. 

Once you have completed the 2 live sessions and each of the recorded presentations, you have completed your Trust Welcome.
