Freedom to Speak Up

Our Freedom to Speak Up (FTSU) Guardians provide independent, confidential advice to colleagues on any aspect of raising or dealing with concerns. They work separately from management, trade unions and HR.

Freedom to Speak Up Guardians do not participate in investigations or recommend outcomes: this is so that they can remain impartial.
