Facilitating Groupwork with Node Link Mapping

About the course

This two-day training aims to help facilitators in planning and running effective groups where Node Link Mapping provides the central basis for group discussion. It considers several time limited group programmes that aim to promote motivation; assist with recovery planning and which support pre-discharge, discharge and aftercare.

The course provides a brief refresher on Node Link Mapping, Confidentiality, Disclosure and Information Sharing and group planning. It is an essential pre-requisite for anybody running or co-facilitating groups combined with node link mapping.

Eligibility criteria

The course is designed for any staff member (including volunteers, families and carers) who is working in a health and social care setting. Previous completion of Node Link Mapping training.
