Unity supports festival in Cumbria

Unity Festival - three team members

In July, members of staff from alcohol and drug services, Unity in Cumbria dedicated their time to help support the welfare tent at a music festival. The team attended the festival (which sees 15,000 attendees over the whole weekend) in aid to spread the word about substance misuse services in Cumbria and to offer help and advice. The team handed out freebies including wristbands that contained information and contact details for Unity and the event was a huge success.
