The recruitment of a new Chief Executive for GMMH is open and we are working very hard to attract the perfect candidate.
A few weeks ago, we engaged with our staff to ask what they felt the most important skills, attributes, and characteristics a new CEO needs to bring to GMMH. Along with input from other stakeholders, we have built a comprehensive profile of the kind of outstanding leader we need.
We are also working alongside a leading executive search and talent agency who are using their extensive networks to search for the best candidates.
