The John Denmark Unit launches Helping Hands Christmas shoebox appeal

The service is asking for items to include in the boxes, which you can drop off at The Curve reception, Prestwich.

JDU service users will put the boxes together, hand wrap them and place a handmade Christmas card in each box. The boxes will then be delivered to local charities/food banks in December.

Deadline for collection is Friday 29 November.
