Greater Manchester Mental Health NHS Foundation Trust (GMMH) have set up a new Mental health feedback forum, with the aim to include service users and carers in the development and co-delivery of mental health services.  

Our Chief Executive, Karen Howell, continues to visit services across the Trust, giving her the opportunity to meet staff and learn about each area in more detail.  

Two members of GMMH’s catering team have been named as finalists in a national NHS cooking competition.

Karolina Morawiec, Food Production Supervisor, and Kenneth (Kenny) Moth, Catering Assistant, are in the running for ‘NHS Chef of the Year’ after succeeding in regional heats held at Trafford College in Manchester.

A further important permanent appointment has been made to GMMH’s executive team – with Claus Madsen joining the Trust in October as Chief People Officer.

The Recovery Pathways service, part of Greater Manchester Mental Health NHS Foundation Trust (GMMH), has recently launched a collaborative textile project inspired by the sashiko stitch technique.
