Collecting NHS patient experience data is critical to ensure the delivery of high-quality services. 

We all need information that we can trust, particularly in this time of coronavirus. And we also need to look after our well-being, whether our mental health or our physical health.

A consultation was led by the University of Manchester, in partnership with GMMH, to develop the recommendations.
