Industrial action by the British Medical Association – January 2024

There will be a six-day period of industrial action from 7am on Wednesday 3 January to 7am on Tuesday 9 January 2024.  Any patient or service user whose appointment is affected by industrial action will be contacted directly. If you are not contacted, we look forward to welcoming you for your appointment as planned.

GMMH International Recruitment Project Lead meets King at Buckingham Palace

In recognition of her work with international recruitment, Kahani Awasare was invited to Buckingham Palace on Tuesday 14 November 2023, to attend a reception hosted by The King, which recognised the diversity of nurses and midwives in the UK and paid a particular tribute to the contribution of the internationally educated workforce.
