We are excited to announce that nominations for The GMMH Stars Awards 2025, in association with Red Tree Building Contractors, are now open!
This year we are introducing a new category: the People’s Choice Award. This award is unique because it allows you, service users, carers, and families, to nominate individuals or teams who have made a significant positive impact on your experiences.
Why is this important?
The People’s Choice Award is a fantastic opportunity for you to recognise and celebrate the care and support you or a loved one has received.
Has a special person or team gone that extra mile to support you? Have they personally made a big impact on your recovery journey? Do they embody our values and behaviours every day?
Your nomination will highlight their dedication and compassion, and ensure they know just how much of a difference that they have made.
How can you make a nomination?
We want to make the nomination process as accessible and flexible as possible. You can share your nominations in various ways:

If you would like to share a nomination in a format other than filling out the form, please email this nomination to learning@gmmh.nhs.uk. Share your story by:
- Recording a voice note
- Creating a video
- Writing an email or a letter
The deadline for nominations is Friday 1 August 2025.
