Exciting job opportunities available for new out of hours service

A new innovative out of hours service (twilight hours inc weekends), delivered through a 3rd sector and statutory service partnership supporting individuals who are experiencing mental distress/ crisis within a dynamic community setting.

The postholder will lead and develop this innovative collaboration working with individuals, community groups and GMMH partners to find local accessible solutions thus reducing attendance at Emergency Department.

The post holders will oversee the delivery of the Bluesci Extended Hours (crisis) Service, working closely with GMMH Home Based Treatment Team (HBTT), services & local community groups to create a supportive & engaging response. Considering prevention strategies through a range of interventions and social prescriptions. Promoting 5 ways to wellbeing and social inclusion.

You should be able to demonstrate your experience and be confident in fulfilling the duties required of you.

The post holder will be required to work closely with volunteers, users of the service and partners, under minimal supervision, and on their own initiative.
