Mindfulness and Green Wellbeing

Bringing our attention to the natural world can help to shift our focus away from the constant buzz of thoughts, worries and day to day preoccupations. It can increase our enjoyment of nature and life in general.

A Mindfulness and Green Wellbeing course is being run on Tuesdays from 2 May until 20 June 2017.

It will take place at Garden Needs, 1 Radford St, Salford, M7 4NT, from 1pm to 3pm.

During this course we will:

  • Learn some basic mindfulness techniques
  • Use the senses to connect to the natural world
  • Explore ways to reduce stress and increase our emotional resilience
  • Share our experience with other people
  • Spend time outdoors in green spaces

Just bring curiosity, sensible shoes and a waterproof jacket. All other materials and equipment provided.
