DrDoctor
The Trust have partnered with DrDoctor to digitally enable service users to access some of their clinical information held by the Trust in one secure online space using a Patient Portal, with the ability to connect with the NHS app to provide a single view of all NHS appointments. A Patient Portal is a platform which allows Service Users to view their appointments with the Trust and complete Digital Forms. Notifications of appointments will be available via the NHS App, and by Short Message Service (SMS) text message if not opened via the NHS App. Notifications of requests to complete Digital Forms will be shared via SMS text message.
Service Users will receive confirmation and reminders of appointment bookings via SMS and the NHS app. Service Users will receive requests to complete Digital Forms via SMS.

If you would prefer to not to use this service, you can:
- Speak to the team who will be able to update your preferences on the Patient Record System.
- Update your preferences in Settings within the Patient Portal.
If you view or manage your hospital appointments via the NHS App, Greater Manchester Mental Health NHS Foundation Trust (GMMH) shares your data with NHS England who operate the NHS App and provide this functionality, known as NHS Wayfinder services.
