Capital and Property Services
Our Capital Services Team leads the Trust’s building investment and improvement programme. We manage projects large and small, from major refurbishments to minor maintenance schemes, from inception through to completion. This might involve designing new therapy spaces, upgrading wards, or improving a reception area.
Our Property Services Team looks after the Trust’s land and buildings. We manage leases, property records and surveys, and handle all acquisitions or disposals of sites. By carefully planning our estate portfolio, we support the Trust’s long-term needs. In these roles you’ll learn about estate strategy and property law while ensuring our buildings are fit for purpose.
