GMMH's Finance team were recently shortlisted in the Public Finance Awards 2022 for Finance Team of the Year – Health – and our Marketing and Communications team were Highly Commended in the NHS Communicate Awards for Best Use of Digital Communications and Engagement Award.

Dr Hannah Cappleman, Consultant Psychiatrist at Greater Manchester Mental Health NHS Foundation Trust (GMMH), has been shortlisted in the prestigious Royal College of Psychiatrists (RCPsych) Awards.

Filippo Varese, Head of the Complex Trauma and Resilience Research Unit (C-TRU), a collaboration between GMMH and the University of Manchester, has been awarded the May Davidson Award by The British Psychological Society (BPS).

A project run by GMMH - using a technology called ‘Management and Supervision Tool’ (MaST) to support clinical care and patient safety in Community Mental Health Teams (CMHTs), has been recognised in the National Positive Practice in Mental Health Awards 2022.

The winners of the Greater Manchester Health and Care Research Awards 2022 were announced last week during an evening of celebrations at The Etihad Stadium.

The Greater Manchester Mental Health MaST (Management and Supervision Tool) project has been shortlisted for two Positive Practice in Mental Health Awards: ‘Innovation in Digital Mental Health’ and ‘Quality Improvement and/or Service Transformation’. The shortlist was announced earlier this week and this year’s ceremony will take place in Durham on 6^th October 2022.
