Manchester Carers Network
Bounceback Foods new online Cooking & Nutrition Portal. This will provide support with nutrition, cooking tips and budgeting and also includes an interactive meal planner and lots of exciting recipes to help carers plan ahead and live well from the safety of their homes.

Welfare and Benefits support for carers in Manchester
Manchester Carers Network Money Advice service is still running. They are still assisting with all benefit queries including benefit calculations, form filling (over the phone) and challenging negative DWP decisions. This includes those affected by Covid-19 as well as those who have other ongoing issues.

Rethink Manchester Mental Health Group
A support group for people living with mental ill-health. Due to the C19 situation, Rethink MCR have moved to an online ‘Zoom’ meeting. This takes place every Thursday evening at 6.30pm. Those wanting to attend can download the ‘Zoom’ App for free on their tablet, phone or computer.

Manchester Psychological Wellbeing service:
This service offers one-to-one support and structured courses for anyone experiencing common mental health problems such as anxiety and depression. It is available to anyone who is registered with a GP in Manchester and is aged 18 years and above.
