General Coronavirus Advice

We can all help control the virus if we all stay alert. This means you must:

  • stay at home as much as possible
  • work from home if you can
  • limit contact with other people
  • keep your distance if you go out (2 metres apart where possible)
  • wash your hands regularly
  • Do not leave home if you or anyone in your household has symptoms

What are the symptoms?

The most common symptoms of coronavirus are a new continuous cough and/or a high temperature and/or change in normal sense of taste or smell. Do not leave home if you or someone you live with has either of these symptoms. Please use the NHS 111 online coronavirus service to find out what to do. Find more information and advice on the NHS website.

As a result, we have paused most of our face-to-face contact to reduce the spread of Covid-19, therefore if you need to discuss your care and treatment, please ring your service and ask to speak to your Recovery Coordinator. Please see the links below:
