What you can expect from Be Well
Once you are referred by your GP, we will contact you within five working days to arrange your first meeting. All of our staff will be based within GP surgeries or local community venues and we can meet at a time and a place which is convenient for you.
In your first session we can have a chat about what your needs are and work out a plan just for you. Depending on what you need, we can provide you with a number of one-to-one sessions, providing you with help, encouragement, advice and tips on how to achieve your goals and Be Well.
